Values

At our school, we are passionate about Design and Technology and the meaningful impact it has on pupils’ creativity, innovation and real-world understanding. We enjoy a broad and balanced DT curriculum that includes cooking and nutrition, sewing, woodworking and computer-aided design. Through hands-on, purposeful learning, pupils develop practical skills alongside problem-solving, resilience and independence. By designing, making and evaluating products that respond to real-life needs and contexts, pupils apply knowledge from across the curriculum and develop confidence as thoughtful, capable designers, well prepared for the challenges of an ever-changing world.
